Winnie is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in training and Early Talent work, with experience in designing and implementing a broad range of talent solutions. She is also an accredited user of psychometrics tools and personality assessments. Winnie has been actively contributing to the business development, client account management and consulting services of PSI and she has joined the Human Scope team since April 2021.

Her educational background and master study specialised in psychometric assessment, human behaviours at work and organisational effectiveness. With her passionate heart in applying the essence of organisational psychology at work, she has a mission in empowering individuals to maximise their strengths and potential, hence ultimately thrive from inside-out. This drives her to patiently learn and understand her clients’ needs and expectations in order to identify and design the best-fit total solutions that ensure clients' satisfaction and achieve success.

Winnie engages heavily on consulting projects, client account management and new business development ventures for Hong Kong. Since her time starting at PSI, Winnie has direct experience working on a diversity of projects including High volume (end-to-end) graduate selection, assessment centre design, bespoke 360 assessment, competency modelling and psychometrics workshop. Winnie has worked across various sectors, which enables her to leverage a holistic view and agile approach to address different needs of clients.
