Gloria Chan

Registered Psychologist (AHPRA); MPsych

Gloria is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), obtaining a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors) from the University of Adelaide in Australia. She supports the design and delivery of assessment centres and development centres, and psychometric tests. She also plays a lead role in Human Scope’s talent development research.

 

Prior to joining Human Scope, Gloria gained experience of working in different industries in Australia. She worked in the workforce wellbeing function for the Australia public health sector, where she conducted research and designed training materials to ensure the wellbeing of health practitioners in South Australia.  In addition, she worked in a human factors team in the Australian Department of Defence, developing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of operations communications for the Australian Navy.

 

Gloria has a passion for supporting individuals in their career development as well as in maintaining their wellbeing. This drives her to seek solutions for both individuals and organisations in order to support the development of their talent and to realise their potential. She also brings her psychological insights to help organisations to identify and develop their talent pools.
